Russalette Magbanua, MPS, OTR/L, CHT, CKTP

a.k.a. ‘Pinky’ is a Managing Partner and Clinical Director, as well as an experienced Occupational Therapist and Certified Hand Therapist specializing in hand and upper extremity trauma and disorders. She brings extensive experience across a range of settings, including hospital inpatient and outpatient care as well as private practice. Her broad clinical background has shaped a well-rounded, patient-centered approach to care.
Earlier in her career, Pinky contributed to the academic community as an adjunct faculty member at Dominican College (2008–2015) and York College (2010–2015), where she taught Kinesiology, Upper Extremity Anatomy, Advanced OT Practice, and Orthotics. This experience reflects her commitment to mentorship and advancing the profession.
Today, she is fully focused on building and expanding a growing private practice.
In her free time, Pinky enjoys swimming, rock climbing, running, and kayaking. She is also an avid tinkerer with a passion for creating and modifying devices to improve patients’ quality of life. Above all, she is an energetic, dynamic, and compassionate clinician who consistently prioritizes her patients’ needs.
Roland A. Gandeza, PT, DPT

Roland has been practicing physical therapy for more than 15 years and has immersed himself in different areas of the profession: academe, research and clinics.
His clinical experience includes working in home health care and outpatient rehabilitation clinics. Aside from a number of certification in pediatrics and aquatherapy, he also holds a degree in Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from Utica College.
To balance his busy work schedule, Roland spends time cooking and traveling. He is fascinated with different cultures and involves himself with the locals, which makes him quite adept in connecting with people from different backgrounds. He also volunteers on his free time in different programs including being part of the medical team on racing events and other society-based programs.
Carlene Scaravaglione, OTD, OTR/L

Carlene is a motivated occupational therapist committed to delivering the highest quality of care to her patients. She earned her Doctorate of Occupational Therapy from Tufts University, where she gained diverse experiences working with pediatric, adult, and older adult populations in school, inpatient, and outpatient settings. Carlene was drawn to the field of occupational therapy because of the ability to help individuals regain independence in meaningful daily activities.
Carlene has experience treating a variety of hand and upper extremity orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, with a focus on developing individualized treatment plans and building strong rapport with each patient. Additionally, Carlene is skilled in custom splint fabrication, kinesiotaping, and manual therapy techniques.
In her free time, she enjoys baking, running, and spending time with family and friends.
Vijay Muni, MS, OTR/L

Vijay Muni is a passionate occupational therapist dedicated to providing his clients with professional, functional, and excellent therapeutic services to improve their overall quality of life. Since Vijay graduated OT school from York College, CUNY, he obtained experience in outpatient hand therapy, acute care specializing in stroke rehab, and pediatrics.
Vijay places his patient’s goals above all else and will work with you towards achieving them. Vijay is currently specializing in hand therapy. During Vijay’s free time, he likes to engage in muay thai kickboxing, cooking, and traveling the world!
Corinne Piren, MS, OTR/L, CHT

Corey is an enthusiastic certified hand therapist dedicated to helping patients obtain optimal recovery, performance and quality of life. Corey graduated with a BS/MS in occupational therapy from Dominican College of Blauvelt in 2013. Since then she has obtained experience working in outpatient upper extremity rehabilitation, hospital settings, and working with patients with spinal cord injury.
Also, Corey enjoys teaching kinesiology, history of occupational therapy, and foundations of occupational therapy. Corey performs a detailed evaluation and works with you to develop a plan that focused on obtaining the goals that are most important to you while monitoring progress and remediating plans as necessary. In her free time, Corey enjoys dancing, hiking, and reading while drinking a good cup of tea.
